Prizes and their Approximate Retail Values (ARV):
Only the number of prizes listed below will be awarded in this promotion:

(1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a Seventh Avenue Catalog room makeover with an Interior Designer. The prize includes the following elements:
• John Fletcher, a well-known Interior Designer, will come to your home to meet you and view the room to be made over. John will work to understand your tastes and what you would like accomplished. John will then work at his office to create your Revive-A-Room plan, order appropriate elements from the Seventh Avenue Catalog and arrange for item delivery at your home. This prize does not include any construction or remodeling. Seventh Avenue Catalog will supply paint; but optional incidentals such as, but not limited to, wallpaper and hardware can be purchased and installed to a room at the winner's own expense. Revive-A-Room plans are final and shall not be altered by the winner.
• CONDITIONS: Winner must allow Seventh Avenue Catalog the opportunity to arrange to have photographs taken of the room “before” and “after” the Revive-A-Room activities. Once photographs have been taken of the “before”, the winner is obligated to remove all items not being used in the Revive-A-Room interior design plan from the room. By participating in the Revive-A-Room promotion the winner agrees to the publishing of the “before” and “after” photographs and related information/stories in the Seventh Avenue Catalog Holiday Book.
• Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize Package is $5,000.

(5) First Prizes: $500 Seventh Avenue Catalog Gift Certificate. Redeemable for up to $500 in
merchandise at Seventh Avenue Catalog. Certificate expires 6/30/05. Certificate may not
be used in conjunction with any other offers. Retail Value $500.

(10) Second Prizes: $100 Seventh Avenue Catalog Gift Certificate. Redeemable for up to $100 in merchandise from the Seventh Avenue Catalog. Certificate expires 6/30/05. Certificate may not be used in conjunction with any other offers. Retail Value $100.
