OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE REQUIRED to play or to win. YOU HAVE NOT YET WON! A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulation. Internet access and a valid email address are required to enter. Free internet access is available at many public libraries, while free email addresses are typically available from google.com, yahoo.com or similar web sites.

1) Eligibility: The “When Life Gives You Lemons You Win!” Game (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry residing in any of the following states: AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, KY, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, TX, VA, WI. Employees of SuperCoups, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, LLC (the “Judges”), Alex’s Lemonade Stand, Inc., (Collectively the “Promotion Entities”). The Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, dealers, Franchisees, affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders, governors, employees, and agents, as well as their respective spouses, children, siblings, and all others residing in the same household as such employees, are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

2) Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the “Judges”, which are final and legally binding as they pertain to this promotion. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

3) Timing: Timing: Promotion starts on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 and ends on Friday, November 14, 2008, (the "Promotion Period"). The clock maintained by the Judges in connection with the operation of the Promotion at the www.supercoups.com website (the “Website”) will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

4) How to Enter and Play:

a) Register to play: During the Promotion Period, visit www.supercoups.com, click on the When Life Gives You Lemons You Win! game icon to complete the online Registration form and click “submit”. Registration may include the following: name, complete address, city, state, zip, age and telephone number. After you have submitted your registration, you will automatically advance to the game page to receive one FREE (1) Game Play. Each time you return to play, you will be required to log-in utilizing your “e-mail address” and your game “password”.

b) How to play: Win Instantly: Each time you enter the game page, you will be offered the opportunity to play the When Life Gives You Lemons You Win! Scratch card game. Utilizing your computer mouse curser, left click and begin moving the curser over the game card. The curser movement will begin to remove the game card covering to see if you revealed an Instant Win Prize. If you match three (3) of the exact logos on one game card play, you may be the winner of an Instant Prize, subject to verification of eligibility (see Rule #6). Check the winning combinations below to see which prize you may have won. Participants will be notified by email if they are a potential winner of an Instant Prize and given instructions on the eligibility confirmation process. Limit: One (1) Game Play per person or email address per calendar day (as determined by the Website’s clock Eastern Standard Time) during the Promotion Period. Instant Win Prize Selection: twelve (12) random, computer-generated winning times will be generated across the Promotion Period. If you are the first player during one of these randomly generated time periods, to receive a When Life Gives You Lemons You Win! Online game card revealing an Instant Win Prize (In case of a tie the Judge’s computer server log will determine “first click” time to confirm the winner) you will be a potential instant winner of the prize indicated (see Rule #6). Odds of winning any instant win prize are based on the number of eligible game plays during the Promotion Period divided by the total number of prizes. Additional random generated times may be added to award unclaimed Instant Prizes. See complete list of Instant Win Prizes and Second Chance Drawing details below.

5) INSTANT PRIZES AVAILABLE TO BE WON:
ONLY THE NUMBER OF PRIZES LISTED BELOW WILL BE AWARDED IN THIS PROMOTION.

(1) GRAND PRIZE: Match three (3) LEMONS on the same game card and WIN a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for two (2) adults to The Bahamas. Trip includes the following: Round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) adults from airport nearest winner’s home to Nassau, Bahamas, Standard, double occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room) for a three (3) night stay at the British Colonial Hilton, Nassau (subject to availability) including breakfast for two each morning. Approximate retail value $2,500.

(1) FIRST PRIZE: Match three (3) SuperCoups logos on the same game card and WIN $1,000. Approximate Retail Value $1,000

(10) SECOND PRIZES: Match three (3) RedPlum logos on the same game card and WIN an Apple® Shuffle™. Approximate Retail Value $75 each.

PLEASE NOTE: Prizes are not transferable by winner. No substitution of prize or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor. Winner will look to the manufacturer of each prize element for all warranties and guarantees (if any), and not to the Sponsor.
Prize Notes: Prize value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and hotel availability. All travel reservations must be made 30 days in advance. Travel arrangements must be booked through Sponsors’ agent and on a carrier of Sponsors’ choice. Travel arrangements cannot be changed in any way once booked and confirmed. Travel is subject to availability and certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Blackout dates include but are not limited to: seven (7) days before and after all major U.S. holidays. Prize is valid for one calendar year from issue date. No extension will be given after the trip has expired and prize will be forfeited and Sponsors will have no further obligation to winner. Sponsors are not responsible for lost or stolen prize certificates/redemption letters and the prize is not redeemable without the original prize certificates/ redemption letters. Winner is responsible for any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded, including, without limitation, ground transportation, meals and activities, spa services, inter-island transportation, tours, gift shop purchases, incidentals, telephone calls or other personal expenses or hotel charges incurred. The winner and the travel guest must be 18 years of age or older, or if any such winner or guest is a minor, they must be accompanied by the minor's parent or legal guardian. Winner and guest must have a valid Passport and/or any other required travel documentation including a valid visa (if required) prior to departure date from the United States. Winner and guest must travel depart/return on the same flights on the same day. Winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not listed above Air tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles.

Total Value of all prizes $4,250. Each winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. The Grand & First Prize winners will be issued a 1099 Tax Reporting form at the end of the year.

Second Chance Drawing Sweepstakes: Each participant that registers to play will automatically be entered into the Second Chance Drawing for unclaimed prizes (if any). A random drawing will be conducted on or about December 1, 2008 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received and the number of unclaimed prizes (if any).

For all entries: In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

6) ALL POTENTIAL INSTANT WINNING PLAYS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE JUDGES, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND LEGALLY BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE INSTANT WIN GAME PORTION OF THE PROMOTION SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR COPIES OF SCREEN CONTENT OR ANY OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.

7) Potential Game Winners: ALL Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Each potential winner of a major prize (prize valued over $600 must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days, consenting to the publication of his/her name in any media for any promotional purpose relating to the announcement of winners of the Promotion, without further compensation. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or if he/she fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within the required time period or if notices are returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected from the Second Chance drawing pool. If any prize is not awarded during the Promotion Period, a random drawing to award such prize will take place (see Rule #5). The Second Chance Drawing winner(s) will be notified by email, mail or express delivery whichever is appropriate and may need to complete and Return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release as described within ten (10) days of notice to receive the prize. Only up to two (2) Second Chance Drawings will be held after which, the prize will remain unawarded. Eligible Winners of all other Instant Win prizes will receive their prizes within 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion Period.

8) Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's or agents the use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes relating to the announcement of winners of the Promotion in any media without further payment or consideration.

9) General Conditions: Sponsor and/or Judges may cancel or modify the Promotion or these Official Rules if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond their control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor and the Judges in their sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor and Judges may, in their sole discretion, disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor and/or Judges failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10) Release: By entering entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Sponsor, Judges, Promotion Entities, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers, Franchisees, directors, stock holders, officers, governors, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant's participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the promotion.

11) Limitations of Liability: Sponsor, Judges and the Promotion Entities are not responsible for, and entrant hereby releases Sponsor, Judges, and the Promotion Entities from any claims arising from: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion.

12) Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Promotion or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the U.S.; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual prize in dispute but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses of the prize in dispute, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, U.S.A.

13) Participants Personal Information: By entering into this promotion, each entrant agrees to Sponsor and Promotion Entities use of his or her personal information as described in the website’s Privacy Policy of each (if any) and these official Rules. In the event of any discrepancy, these Official Rules shall control and govern. The personal information collected in this promotion may be shared with the Promotion Entities and other related parties participating in this promotion.

14) Winners List: For a list of prize winners and a copy of these Official Rules send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to When Life Gives You Lemons You Win! Rules Request", P.O. Box 2312, Framingham, MA 01703-2312. Requests must be received by December 1, 2008. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
