When you register for a Wise® Foods, Inc. promotion, we may ask for your email address, date of birth, zip code, gender, and, in certain cases, other information requested by the promotion sponsor. Occasionally, Wise® Foods, Inc. and its promotional sponsor(s) conduct user surveys. All information provided by users in such user surveys is completely optional.

For all Wise® Foods, Inc. visitors — not just registered users — we may collect IP addresses, browser type, access times, duration of visit, referring URL, platform, new/repeat information, time-stamp and exit page information. This data is gathered for statistical purposes so that we may analyze trends and performance over time.

Wise® Foods, Inc. may also disclose information against someone who poses a threat to Wise® Foods, Inc.'s interests (e.g., customer fraud) or whose activities could bring harm to others. When our customers contact us to compliment or comment upon our products, we reserve the right to share these comments on our website and other promotional materials, and to disclose the individuals’ first name and city/state of residence (where provided to us), but we will not disclose the individual’s full identity (last name, mailing address, or contact information) in doing so.

The method of parental consent will vary, depending upon the specific promotion or program. Additional consent mechanisms may be used in the future. If such a parental request is received, Wise® Foods, Inc. will make all reasonable efforts to delete the information from its files.

At Wise® Foods, Inc., we only use cookies to maintain your session when you are logged into a Wise® Foods, Inc.-powered promotion. In addition we may use cookies to prevent participation by people under age 13, and in some cases under age 18. No other Personally Identifiable Information is stored on these cookies. The cookie assigns you with a session identification number so our system knows you are logged onto the Wise® Foods, Inc. server. The session identification number is the only piece of information stored in and used by Wise® Foods, Inc.. Wise® Foods, Inc. currently does not store personal information in the cookie.

Sweepstakes
Wise® Foods, Inc. may occasionally offer site visitors an opportunity to participate in a survey, contest or sweepstakes. Information collected by Wise® Foods, Inc. for such a survey, contest or sweepstakes will be subject to the same protection as the information Wise® Foods, Inc. collects from its users generally. The first name, city and state of residence for sweepstakes winners will be available to participants of a given program via write-in request and in some cases via the promotion website.

Mergers/Acquisitions
In the event that Wise® Foods, Inc. or substantially all of Wise® Foods, Inc.'s assets are acquired by a third party, customer information may be transferred to Wise® Foods, Inc.'s successor company. In the event such a transfer occurs, the transferred information will be subject to the same protection as it was prior to the transfer.
