One (1) Grand Prize: 3-night/4-day vacation for four (4) to The Islands Of The Bahamas. Prize includes the following:

• Three (3) nights (2 rooms, double occupancy) accommodations at the Cable Beach Resorts®.
• The Cable Beach Resort is an all-inclusive resort and accommodations include: all meals and snacks, unlimited drinks, cocktails and wine; taxes and gratuities; unlimited non-motorized water sports; daily activities; and nightly entertainment.
• Roundtrip (coach class) air provided by The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism.

Prize Notes: Approximate Retail Value of this prize package is $4,500. Prize value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and hotel availability. Travel is subject to availability and certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Blackout dates include but are not limited to: (7) days before and after all major U.S. holidays. The winner and the travel guest must be 18 years of age or older, or if any such winner or guest is a minor, they must be accompanied by the minor's parent or legal guardian. Winner and guest must have a valid Passport and/or any other required travel documentation including a valid visa (if required) prior to departure date from the United States. Winner and guest must travel depart/return on the same flights on the same day. Winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not listed above. Prize does not include personal expenses, telephone fees, inter-island transportation, gift shop purchases, or other personal hotel charges incurred. All travel must be completed by July 2007. All travel will be booked by the Sponsors designated travel agent. Prize does not include U.S. / foreign government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge, or September 11th Security Fee. Travel arrangements cannot be changed in any way once booked and confirmed. Air tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles.

General Prize Notes: All prize elements to be awarded will be selected by the Sponsor or its designated agent. Sponsor reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value as necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in the disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. No substitution or transfer of prize or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the manufacturer’s terms thereof, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturer for any warranty and/or guarantee any portion of an awarded prize that remains unclaimed or expires will become void.

3. NOTICES: Potential Grand Prize winner will have ten (10) days from receipt of notification to claim his/her prize by completing, signing and returning the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release forms and W-9 request for tax payer’s identification number. If a selected potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, cannot be located or reached, has provided an incorrect email or mailing address, is determined to be ineligible, declines or fails to claim the prize for any reason, or if the prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, such entrant will forfeit his or her opportunity to receive a prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor, Modell’s, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies and COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES (“Promotion Entities”) to use winner’s name, voice and likeness, along with his or her address (city and state) and the right to use and publish their entries, proper name, and any statements made or attributed to such winner (collectively, the "Attributes") in any and all media, unless prohibited by law. This will include but is not limited to media now known or hereafter devised, without notice, review or approval, in perpetuity and throughout the universe for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes without further compensation, and releases Promotion Entities from all claims arising out of the use of such Attributes.

4. DRAWING: A random drawing from all eligible entries received will be held on or about October 9, 2006. The Sweepstakes and the Sweepstakes drawing will be under the control of COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, LLC (“Judges”), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and legally binding as they pertain to this Sweepstakes. By participating, the participant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. Prizes will be awarded only if participants comply with these Official Rules. Participant waives the right to assert as a cost of winning a prize, any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem said prize, and any liability which might arise from redeeming, or seeking to redeem, or from use, misuse, acceptance or possession of said prize or from participation in prize-related activities. All applicable federal, state and local taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. By accepting prize, the potential winner agrees to release the Sponsor, Modell’s, COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, Cable Beach Resorts, LTD, The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism and their respective directors, officers and employees, affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, distributors, and agents, including but not limited to advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability of any kind arising from or in connection with any prize.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Participation open only to legal residents of CT, DE, MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI and VT, who are 14 years of age or older at the time of entry.  The following are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes: Employees of Sponsor, Modell’s, COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, Cable Beach Resorts, LTD, The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism and its respective affiliates and subsidiaries, its advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective employees, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes; Persons who are immediate family of, dependents of (as defined by IRS regulations), or who live in the same household as any person in any of the above categories.


6. PRIVACY: By entering into the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to Sponsor's use of his or her personal information as described in each Sponsors Website's privacy policy and these Official Rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the privacy policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control and govern.


7. ONLINE GENERAL RULES & MISCELLANEOUS: Potential winner(s) may be required to provide the Judges with proof that the potential winner(s) is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the potentially winning entry. Verification of prize claims and conduct of all drawings are under supervision of the Judges. Sponsor and COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer Online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received or sent by Sponsor or COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or by human error which may occur in the ability to enter a participant’s entry, or any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the promotion. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this promotion, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor and COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES reserve the right to terminate entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. In the event any portion of Internet Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor or COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES which, in the sole opinion of COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor and COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes, but will continue with the free, mail-in means of entry portion.

8. TAXES: All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. ENGLISH LANGUAGE: This Promotion is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning) and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the state of NEW YORK in the United States, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the state of NEW YORK. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the state of NEW YORK and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the state of NEW YORK.
